The skilled trades industry drives a significant part of Missouri’s economy. Members of the skilled trades drive our infrastructure, our new construction, our utilities, and many of the conveniences we take for granted every day. However, the number of people entering the skilled trades continues to dwindle, leaving us with a serious labor shortage.
